sandy1032 Posted July 20, 2018 Report Share Posted July 20, 2018 Hi All, I have got first H1 stamped on sep 2015 getting expired in sep 2018. This for consultancy I used to work. In 2017 got a full time opportunity and they have transferred my H1 and it’s approved till sep 2020. In this scenario can I travel to India due to some emergency for 1 week or should I go for visa stamping also? will there be any issues? Kindly advise. Link to comment
