My employer initiated my h1b transfer process and attorney has sent me LCA to be posted in the work location. In that I noticed that attorney has checked the below:

8.  wage level  : N/A 

11. Prevailing wage source : other 

11b. If “OES” and SWA did not issue prevailing wage OR “Other” in question 11, 
specify source § :      HUMAN RESOURCE ASSN. FOR THE NATIONAL CAPITAL AREA 2017 COMPENSATION

 

Does any one have any idea on this?? Is this correct or not any thoughts???
