H1B RFE, not sure about the RFE reason

Hi,

 

I got this letter for the RFE. I am not sure if they are asking for specialty occupation, or just the consular things mentioned in the 2 points in bold? Or they are asking for both? Please let me know if you have any idea.

why choose consular? And then why not list the post? And why you are searching for answers.. you got an incompetent lawyer or yourself a do it all law firm with no immigration exp?

Company lawyers should be responding to the RFE.

Its a small company and I am the only one needing a H1, and there is one person who handles this (not a lawyer but he has successfully done H1, L1 applications in the past. Guess at this point they cant afford an external law firm), so I just want to confirm we are doing the right thing while providing documentation.

And u see how’s that working for you? Latest memo says that they can deny such incomplete petitions right away..

you can pay for your attorney to help with the paperwork.
