Maya0806
My H1-b was picked ( Masters in civil engineering) and I received RFE’s on: 1) speciality occupation ; 2) degree is Normally minimum requirement; 3) employer normally requires degree or it’s equivalent; 4) nature of specific duty so specialized and complex; So how should I respond for the above said, AlsoRFE mentioned that in the department of Labor’s Ocuppational outlook hand book indicates that “Most cost estimators need a bachelors degree although some workers with several years of experience in construction may qualify with out a bachelors degree”. Can you please help me out for providing response for explanation “why a civil engineering degree would be a normal degree for the job position of construction cost estimator” I was also asked to provide expert opinion letter from the industry related professionals, how should we respond for them? Please help me out, i’m Worried a lot. Quote Link to comment
