Mahendran007 Posted July 18, 2018 Report Share Posted July 18, 2018 Hi everyone, I got my Extension approved for client A till 2020. I filed new H1 Amendment for client B and it got denied . I still have a valid valid extension till 2020 from client A. As I have a valid visa can i go ahead and file new amendment for client B or any other client. Do I need to wait for 1 year cooling of period to reapply amendment to any client? My employer ask me to wait for 1 year cooling of period to reapply. I cannot go to work for client A as the project got end there. Please provide your answers. Link to comment
