H1B 7TH YEAR EXT PREMIUM PROCESSING AFTER I140 APPROVAL, Got RFE

On May 11, 2018, USCIS California PP service center received my H1B extension paperwork in premium processing mode, then Got RFE on May 18, 2018. my employer filing back before mid of aug 18 with essential Client letter, SOW, MSA & etc for RFE. In case if its Rejected. I will come to know  end of Aug 2018.

I have below questions if my Visa Extension Denied:

1. How many days i can stay after H1B ext denied. even tough i have i94 valid till mid of Oct18

2. To stay and continue here in USA, will I do Ammendment of another project location & try with same employer. or 

3. Will I move to other contry and after 240 days stay, will re-aplly on non-cap with same employer and come back with new H1B in may/Jun 2019. or

4. Its better to change the employer and transfer H1B after mid of Aug18 once i come to know Denail has happend , but before Mid of Oct 2018.
