PUNEET85 Posted July 16, 2018 Report Share Posted July 16, 2018 Hi All, I am a full time employee with company A and have valid I-797 and I-94 till JUL-2019.I have recently got an full time job with B company and they are just going to initiate my H1-B Transfer case. I can travel to India with existing Valid Visa and come back and give resignation with 2 weeks notice to my existing company A? Please suggest or share your inputs Link to comment
