MadhG Posted July 16, 2018 Report Share Posted July 16, 2018 I am not sure this is a unique situation, but here it is: I joined the company X1 (full time employment), 8 months back they formed a new company X2 (different EIN than X1) and moved some departments from X1 to X2. I started receiving paystubs under X2 but they did not transfer my H1 from X1 to X2. HR ignored it for a very long time and I feel like they have been slacking. What are my options? Can I take legal action? What are the pros and cons? Link to comment
