Multiple Out Of Cap

I got an RFE on extension and was later denied , i have moved outside USA.

Now my organization has filed an out of cap, i received another full time position in USA and they are ok to file Out of Cap.

 

Can we file multiple out of cap?

Why is it a concern since they will pay and file? Or do the big five or other Indian companies ask the employee to pay?

They will Pay for the petition. My question is : "does it make a case for rejection because multiple out of cap is filed" .

I see your point. IT should not make any difference. It begs the question why many companies would file at the same time. Maybe stick to one or two initially.
