L1 B Individual Renewal

Hi All

I need some advice on my L1 B individual  Visa Renewal Process. I got my L1 B Individual Visa effective from 20 Jan 2016 to 21 Sep 2018. Same dates are for my petition. I haven't travel to USA till now. I have some questions

First of all, my Visa will get extend or renew.

Second what is process for renewal/extension of my visa. 

I have heard about Interview Wavier Process for L1 B individual. Can you please help me on this also.

L1B can be extended only when you are already in US. You can't apply for extension from India. Your visa expiry date is very near. I believe you would need to file fresh application.
