H4 EAD Approved but card not recieved

Hi, 

Our attorney filed my wife's H4 EAD renewal application earlier this year (March 29th, 2018) , which was approved on May 27th , and the card was mailed out. For some reason USCIS mailed her EAD card to my work address and it got returned to  USCIS. We discovered this discrepancy in mid-June and immediately updated the address to our home address and submitted the request to re-send the EAD card with USCIS. We have in-fact received another letter in the mail from USCIS stating they have received this request , and will mail out the new card with in 30 -120 days. 

Her previous H4 EAD card expires on July 15, 2018 , and HR in her company is requesting documents. We have furnished all the documents we have , approved H4 visa, approved H4 EAD notice, letters from USCIS but they aren't willing to accept it . 

What other document can we use to prove. 

 

Kindly advise.
