Case Sent Back to USCIS for revocation

Recommended Posts

I got the attached letter in my home country from consulate that my case has been sent for revocation.

My uscis status shows as below :

Department of State Sent Case to USCIS For Review

On April **, 2018, the Department of State sent us your case, Receipt Number *********, for review. We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

What can be the possible outcomes for the case like this? What can be the other possible options?
 Status ceac.state.gov shows administrative processing.

USCIS will either agree or reaffirm the petition. If they agree, the H1 is gone. If they reaffirm the petition, you can reapply for the visa. The time frames are very long.

Thanks for the reply.
If they reaffirm the petition, do i have to go again go for an interview process?
And if they accept does the current approved h1b is dissolved, or i can file from different employer with the same approved H1B?
Important ques: Do you think i should wait for the decision? Or i should forget about this H1b thing with the case status like this? How much percentage is the case is already gone?

And if they accept does the current approved h1b is dissolved, or i can file from different employer with the same approved H1B? - Same or a different Employer can file your H1b again.
