Work from Home site- H1B/LCA

Hi Team,

I had an urgent question on the ‘Work from home’ address.

If I were to change my Work-From-Home address as below:

Primary work location : Remains unchanged (Office address)

New 'Work-from-home site': Changing to a location 100 miles away from primary work location

Will I need an H1B/LCA amendment? Or the update on the AR-11 form suffice?

The reason I ask this is because I may have to shift to Richmond for about a year due to personal commitments. I was reading about the ’50 miles’ restriction on LCA and was wondering if the same applies to the Work from home site?

You need a new LCA and H1 amendment.
