prashanthz Posted July 10, 2018 Report Share Posted July 10, 2018 Hello, I got laid off in March 2018 by Employer A. I was able to find a job with Employer B by May. Employer B has initiated H1B transfer in May. Got an RFE and the attorney responded. Currently waiting for approval. In the meantime i saw that Employer A revoked my H1. Does it have any effect on the transfer? Also i have my stamping till March 2020. Do i need to go for stamping again? Link to comment
