Travel plans in DS-160

Hi, 

I am traveling to India to convert my h4 to f1 status. I have a doubt while filling out ds-160 for the f-1 visa interview.  I have flights booked from the U.S to India(July 2018) as well as from India to U.S ( Sep 2018). 

In travel plans section of ds-160 should I give

1) have you made specific travel plans - yes  

2) date of arrival in U.s and arrival flight - Sep 2018  & flight details

3) date of departure and flight from the U.S - July 2018  & flight details

Is it right?
