H1B Applied while In Process, Resign and Relocate to India

  Very Good Afternoon!

  I work for MNC company and USA employee in that MNC company.  Regarding my immigration My H1B extension applied based on my previous company 140 in march in general processing and my I 94 is expired on Jun 1st.  This year decided to move to relocate to india.  Hence i tried through my company which has offices in india and got assignment. Based on that i discuss  with current mgmt and US HR to release and was told to resign from here, then rejoin india. 

Question is  Do i need to exit from USA on the same date released from the company or exit 1 or 2 days after my last day from the company due to delay in winding up things over here. please guide me on this. if exit after 1 or 2 days release from the company what is the impact.
