no conviction records, no arrest but police charged me with DV and case was dismissed after 3 court visit

I and my wife with heated argument after my absence she reached police when i was out from home after few days, she informed police and without any proof police did not arrest me but sent me court papers and charged me with DV 4 minor, court dismissed my case as my wife was not in USA anymore after they charged me, i did FBI finger print check but there is no details of me, got local police clearance letter nothing is present in that, will this affect me anything in future. should i mention anywhere in future that i was charged anytime ? i was not arrested nor anytime taken finger print.
