RKV_immigration
Hi , Thanks for helping many immigrants . My spouse got RFE for H4 EAD due to name issues. Actually her Firstname: KrXXXXXX Father Name: SwXXXXX Last name : IXXXX As per Indian passport Surname : IXXXXX Given name: SXXX KrXXX its given in this practice as we normally right last name + Firstname as a practice. RFE reason was , USCIS records and your passport show your name as SXXX KrXXXX IXXXX. You indicated on your application that your name is KrXXXX SXXXXX IXXXX. Submit documentary evidence to establish your true name. Such evidences may include a birth certificate or passport. In application, against first name only we have written - KrXXXXX. Can you please guide how to respond to RFE and where to respond? Case starts with EAC. Appreciate your response. Link to comment

satya2k1
It is always better to follow names as shown in Passport and Birth Certificate, including if anyone has long first names. Link to comment
