H1b transfer and EB3

Hello Sir,

My current employer (A) applied for my green card on EB3 and its priority date is Oct 2015. Now, i got a better job opportunity from another employer (B), which has only 5-10 employees as it is a consultancy firm for industrial engineers. 

My question is -

1.  Will my green card process get affected if i join employer (B) since its a small company? 

2. Will i be able to apply for a green card upgrade from EB3 to EB2 once i move to employer (B) where i'm offered higher role/responsibilities?

1. Even if the previous I-140 is revoked, you have H1 extensions till that PD is current.

2. The job description and your credentials dictate EB2 or EB3.
