Ridhifnu Posted July 2, 2018 Report Share Posted July 2, 2018 I am in USA on L1A visa and my visa is due for extension next month and I have got a RFE in my extension. Also meanwhile I got my I140 approved in EB1 category. Has anyone faced this earlier? Does my I140 approval hold any meaning if my visa extension request is rejected? How soon can I apply i485? Jus4Travel Posted February 5, 2020 Report Share Posted February 5, 2020 Hi folks, I am on the same page of yours... my L1A extension denied last week but i have a 140 approved,, due to delay in 485 filing and now it is back dated to 2015... i havent filed 485 yet. PD: 12-02-2018. Can i file L1A again and come back for filing 485 or if i come back in H1B it is valid? Quote Link to comment
