Do I need to apply for H1B amendment for a internal job change when new office location within 50 miles of current location?

Hello 
I am currently on an F1 Visa and have been approved for H1B visa starting Oct 2018 for my current job/location (Andover, MA). I have now gotten a new job offer, within the same company, but at a different location (Framingham, MA) 
I would like to know if my company attorney needs to apply for a H1B amendment because the new job location is within the 50 miles radius (43 miles to be precise) of current job location. But the new job offer has a different job title. 
Please advise. Thank you so much!!!

Check with your attorney and see if they both come under the same MSA. If they do then you dont need an amendment.
