tejamannu
Hello I am in situation where my perm(labor) has been approved and need to apply for I140. i cannot contact my previous employer requesting for the Experience letter, I managed to get the affidavit of the co worker. Now my current immigration attorney is asking for Experience letter saying affidavit of co worker doesn't support the proper employment/experience of my work at my previous employer. Can any one please suggest the best way how i can proceed. This is very stressing and depressing. Thank you so much in advance for the reply Link to comment
gouthamsworld
Usually USCIS will require experience letter on a company letterhead . If you are submitting colleague affidevit you also need to submit proof that why cant you get the experience letter on letter head . Thanks Goutham Link to comment
tejamannu
Thank you gouthamsworld i cannot contact the company. when i left the company i dont have good terms with them. i am not sure what reason i have to mention for not getting exp letter. I do have two affidavits of co workers. Do you think the chances are too low to get my I140 approved with just the affidavit and no reason? Thank you teja Link to comment
