My husband’s employer will be filing my husband’s H1B and my H4 by end of next week (6th july) in premium processing. I need to leave for India July 15th for some urgent work. I am planning to be back by August 15th. Can i still travel to india on my existing H4 and return back on it while my H4 renewal application is pending ? Link to comment
