I got an offer from Company B and accepted it. they will initiating the visa transfer in the next couple of weeks. My spouse has to travel to India for 4 weeks because of a personal issue. My questions are: 1) can she go for stamping with Company A documentation while visa transfer is in progress? 2) Can she go for stamping on Company B documentation even before i join Company B?
