CROSSBOW Posted June 28, 2018 Report Share Posted June 28, 2018 My H1B case got picked in Lottery this time (FY19) and waiting for the Approval/RFE response from USCIS. Same Employer is planning to apply B1 Visa for me. Will this have any impact on the existing H1B approval? Want to be doubly sure before applying B1. Please help! Link to comment
