Im on H1 5th year which is going to expire on 19th June 2019 My Greencard is in recruiting phase but i have not got i-140 What are the possible options next for employment ? Link to comment

You have 60 days to find a new job in a non-profit field (assuming you never had an H1 for a for-profit company.) Otherwise, you have to leave the country. Link to comment
