H1 Not Subject to Cap Eligibility

Hi,

I got my H1 in 2010 and I have spent only  30 months so far till 2018 in US .

I have been travelling to and fro between India and US.

Finally I returned from US in March 2016 .Im right now in India after 2016 March .Will I be eligible for H1 Not Subject to Cap?

Pls can anyone let me know whether im eligible for HNSC ?

You are entitled to claim the remainder option of 42 months in total not subject to the cap.

Have you worked in the US in H1B status? If yes, you can claim cap-exemption.
