Travelling abroad when EAD/AP application for renewal is in process

Hello Friends,

My current EAD/AP is valid through Jan 2019 and I will be sending it for renewal this month. Question is can i travel abroad on my valid EAD/AP while my application for renewal is with USCIS? Thank you in advance for your inputs.

As long as you are here while applying and for the BIOMETRICS if any, you can travel.
