H1B Extension and LCA Amendment filed seperately

Hi - My H1B extension is filed in regular processing on 10-Mar-2018 and the decision is not made yet. During this period, I need to move to a different city for same employer and project. Now, I am filing location amendment to my LCA. My question is - will my H1B extension and LCA amendment be processed separately based on the corresponding filing dates of each application or it will be processed together? Please clarify.

U may have to amend your H1b Petition after it is approved.
