My Employer and Attorney says there is a blockage from USCIS for filing i140 application with USCIS till October because of Retrogression. I tried to search on USCIS website for any such news, but i could not find any. Could you please help me with any such news or any such events from USCIS. My Labor was certified end of March and my i140 needs to be filed within 180 days. Please help me. Link to comment
Ken7 Posted July 10, 2018 Report Share Posted July 10, 2018 Not sure why I-140 filing or adjudication would have anything to do with visa retrogression. It impacts filing of I-485. Unless your priority date is current and the employer plans to concurrently file I-140 and I-485. Link to comment
