Documents needed for H1B stamping due to arrest

Hi,

i got arrested in feb 2017 in CA, but DA did not file charges and dint go to court. So it is just a arrest and no case. I am going to H1B stamping in September. Could you please let me know the documents i need to get before leaving the country. 

Since it just a arrest,will there be any court document ? I got a discharge notice paper from court clerk and mentioned that is not been filed. Will that be enough.? 

Please let me know what are the documents i need to collect. ?
