andy@123 Posted June 22, 2018 Report Share Posted June 22, 2018 I have an approved I-140 and my H1-B Extension got Denied. I have a valid work permit for Canada. I'm planning to go to Canada next week. As per my employer US embassy in Canada will require minimum 3 months pay stub before applying visa. I'm trying to get back to US as soon as possible since my Wife is pregnant and working in USA. Question: Can i apply for H1b consular processing for home county (India) while working in Canada. If approved, travel to India to get visa stamping from Chennai consulate. Please advise. Link to comment
