Applied for H1 to H4 COS,H4 EAD along with spouse H1 transfer in concurrent premium on 04/26.Spouse H1 transfer got approved in premium on 05/10 but no update so far on H1 TO H4 COS and H4 EAD. 

Called USCIS customer care.They told that Background check initiated on May 21st AND it is still pending.No clear timelines on when the background check will be completed. 

Did anyone get background check ? If so how much time it took for approval?
