ind_ny Posted June 22, 2018 Report Share Posted June 22, 2018 Hello All, Can someone please advise. I am going to India soon and will get my H4 stamping done (my husband has a valid H1B petition). While I am in India my husband will travel too and will go for his visa stamping. If for some reason his visa stamping gets a 221G or gets rejected, will I be able to enter the US on my H4 visa that I got stamped. Link to comment
HelpMeForum Posted June 25, 2018 Report Share Posted June 25, 2018 It is better to go together for stamping, the 221g situation is not so bad in india like you've been hearing. You get a 221g, but that gets cleared sooner. Link to comment
