Filing new H4

Hi,
I have recently moved to a different employer and my new employer filed H1B for me but not my wife's H4 and my wife's H4 (done by previous employer) is still valid Feb,2020. 
Now I am planning to go India end of this year  and we both need to go for VISA Stamping in India as our visa got expired. 

So, can my wife go for stamping and come back to USA with the current H4 filed by my  previous employer or I need to file new H4 for her before going to India?

Please let me know what do I need to do?

Your wife can go for stamping WITH YOUR APPROVED H1 PETITION as that is the basis of the visa. H4 is a status. Your wife had an H4 I94 till 2020 and that was valid as long as you worked for ANY EMPLOYER in valid H1 status.
