The stamped visa on my passport from previous employer expires on Dec 18, 2018. My current employer's I-797 is valid until June 2019. I know I can travel without getting my visa stamped as I have done it a couple of times in the past 1 year. However, do you think it's ok to travel 20 days before the stamped visa expires? I would like to avoid stamping this time because I would have to do it again in 6 months when my current employer's H1B renews. Link to comment
