On Sept 2016, I have got my first extension done and got approved petition valid till June 2019 with role Computer Programmer level 2 with CTC $62000 pa. I haven't gone to India (home country) for stamping. I am planning to go in August, 2018 now. I heard about memo passed on April 2017 which scrutinizing computer Programmer roles. My question is, Will there be any problem in my visa stamping because of my role (Computer Programmer Level 2) and salary ($62000 pa) Link to comment
