GC2018 Posted June 15, 2018 Report Share Posted June 15, 2018 Hi All, I had submitted 485 and other docs based on the "B. DATES FOR FILING OF EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA APPLICATIONS" earlier. It was accepted and I got my EAD and AP. Now my Priority Date is current based on "A. FINAL ACTION DATES FOR EMPLOYMENT-BASED PREFERENCE CASES". My question is, as I hadn't submitted medical docs as a part of my earlier filing, what should I do now? Should I wait for USCIS to send RFE or can I proactively go ahead and submit the docs. If I can submit on my own, what is the way of doing it? I have the receipt id for the I485 Filing. Thanks All! Link to comment

care_candidate Posted August 28, 2018 Report Share Posted August 28, 2018 My wife did submit with original I-485. It may take long time if you don't have enough shots. Go to Doctor specified by USCIS https://my.uscis.gov/findadoctor and get this done. It will still take a few days to complete regardless of shots. Link to comment
