venugopal c Posted June 11, 2018 Report Share Posted June 11, 2018 Hi Guys, Can someone suggest me how to procced. We have approved PERM and going to file I-140 in premium processing. Now question is H1B visa valid until Sep and my Green card filled by employer B without transfer, now we are filling transfer and extension along with H4. Is it ok if we file H4 EAD for my spouse before my extension? Does USCIS consider my H4 EAD receipt/application when I file H4 extension along with H1B? Do you think we should hold H4 EAD application until we get H1B Extension? Can someone suggest me best way to proceed. Regards Venu Link to comment
