We were not able to file her H4 along with my H1 extension as she had to travel to India unexpectedly. Can we file H4 -ead extension without H4 extension as we are planning to go for stamping in sept? I know we can file H4 and H4-EAD together but want to know if we can file H4-EAD independent of H4 extension. Please advise? Link to comment

You need to wait until you get stamping and come back. H-4 EAD is dependent on H-4 petition. Link to comment
