samkrish
My brother (US citizen) applied Family green card and three years back 'I130' got approved . "Now new proposed law eliminates the "F4" visa category so that US citizens will no longer be able to sponsor their brothers and sisters." What will happen to existing sibling applicant? JoeF
It is unlikely that this would go through. If it does, there would be rules for existing applicants. Nobody knows at this point. Also, the next administration (past 2020) likely would revert whatever st*pid thing the Trump administration did. Link to comment
