rathan.chanti Posted June 8, 2018 Report Share Posted June 8, 2018 My parents visited USA on 10th May 2017 and I applied for their 6 more months extension before 45 days of their stay expiry. Their documents were received by USCIS in Sep 2017. They stayed for total 10 months until March 10th 2018 and left the USA, But the case still says 'Case Received'. Is this normal? Do I have to contact USCIS for that? I received a confirmation mail from USCIS that docs are received. Can my parents visit USA again in Summer 2019 if the status is not changed until that?
