L1A - Discontinuity on payroll

I worked in India for a company in a Technical and functional role for 2 years. Before working in India for this company, I was on H1B for 6 years in the US.    I have resigned my job in India in Nov 2017 and moved back to US on H4. My company in India wanted to extend me an offer but it took them 6 months to do it.  In the mean time, I found another job at which I worked for 3 months. Once my Indian company made me an offer, I accepted the offer and now working with the company I worked in India on H4 EAD. I would like to pursue L1A application as I know I qualify for it.  My question is, will me taking up the other job for 6 months between my time in India and here make any difference? If yes, how? If not, am I still eligible for L1A (given that I qualify for it)?
