H1 TO H4 COS+H4 EAD Processing times in California Center

Can anyone please post how much time it took for you or your friends for H1 to H4 COS+H4 EAD concurrent in regular processing in California Service center? 

I looked at the H4 EAD tracker, but looks like it's mostly for people who already has H4 and applied for H4 EAD, except one or two cases where H1 to H4 COS is included.It appears it's taking around 40 to 60 days for H4 EAD new application on an average. 

But trying to figure out what is the practical average time for H1 to H4 COS+H4 EAD concurrent in regular processing in California Service center ? 

USICS web site shows 1 to 4.5 months online but I guess actually they are processing them much faster than that.Trying to get a correct processing timeline from the people who already did it.
