sonofindia
Hello, I am in India. I was in US between 2005 and 2009. During depressive recession I have been arrested for DWI twice within a week in the first week of October 2009 and since then I left US without attending the court. The case is pending and I am surely absconding. It's almost 9 years now. Will I be able to enter US on a B1/B2 visa without being arrested at the airport? Thanks Link to comment
pontevecchio
You should consult a DWI Lawyer in the relevant state and seek to find out whether any statute of limitations applies to your case and whether there is a likelihood of being arrested for the said charges. Do not attempt to enter without talking to a DUI Lawyer in that state and possibly consulting an Immigration Lawyer about possibilities. Link to comment
pagladeewana
I think you will be arrested at the port of entry. You can check court records online if an arrest warrant is active against you . I will be really surprised if you are able to even get visa Link to comment
