I140 Substantially Comparable Positions

My Current Position : Computer Programmer

GC Position : Computer System Analyst

Perm Requirement : Bachelors + 5 yrs

Experience : 2.5 yrs before this employer and 6 yrs with current employer before priority date

Forgot to submit the current employers experience letter initially received RFE to submit experience letters from former/current employers.

 

Attached is the letter employer submitting as response to RFE . Is this letter enough to prove Computer Programmer and Computer System Analyst are substantially differ ?
