My Mom Overstayed on Visitor Visa

Hello, 
Here is the situation. My mom visited USA and she suppose to go back on Dec-16 and we applied extension for a month until Jan-31-17. After applying the extension her itinerary got changed and she left on Feb-7-17. We received the extension approval letter on August-17 which is until Jan-31-17 . She is planning for a visit to USA again this 2018, will it be any issue when she enters USA ? Thank you for the advise.

Were there any issues when your mom visited again? Any questions at the point of entry? 

Can you please help provide updates on what happened?
