namsm Posted June 4, 2018 Report Share Posted June 4, 2018 Hi, My company will be filing L1A-X and spouses's L2-X and EAD extension together. I heard that if all 3 are filed together and L1A extension is under premium, then in most cases even the L2extension and EAD extension happen very quickly. How is that impacted if the initial filing is under normal and L!A-X is moved to premium later? Link to comment
