sirini Posted June 1, 2018 Report Share Posted June 1, 2018 I received an RFE for my I-485 petition from NBC which I responded accordingly and sent the response back to NBC. I would like to know how USCIS processes my RFE response. Do they review and adjudicate the response before scheduling my green card interview at the local office or they just leave the decision to the officer at the local office without any jurisdiction at NBC?
