My Stem Extension Denied

Hi,

I Have Initially applied for Stem Extension on Jan 31st, due to the expired I 765 form my whole packet came back to me on FEB 16. My initial Opt Was expired on Feb 15. I resent my packet on Feb 16, due to the long weekend it was delivered on Feb 20. Last Week, My Stem Extension was Denied Due to Not submitted in Time. I have checked with my DSO, he is saying my sevis is completed.

1. Can I File MTR, While Staying in the US?

What are the Options Do I have?
